You are inside Josephine General Hospital, its empty wards criss-crossed with snapped quarantine tape. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. The floor is slick with pools of blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A portable generator has been set up here. It only has a little fuel left, enough to power a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.89 MHz. One of the wards has been decorated with a French tapestry.

Somebody has spraypainted JGH - an independent fightin' facility onto a wall.
