You are inside St Ethelbert's Hospital, its lobby covered with quarantine posters. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. Thick trails of dried, smeared blood run across the walls and floor. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

There is a powered-down radio transmitter here. A recently-cut fir tree has been propped up in a crude stand.
