You are inside Catherine General Hospital. It was one of the last to be evacuated, and seems to have been cleared out in a hurry. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel, and connected to a powered-down radio transmitter.

Somebody has spraypainted his nuts green, chopped them off and nailed them onto a wall.
