You are inside the Pursey Building. The NecroTech logo glows gently above the front desk, and doors open onto a number of brightly-lit laboratories and computer rooms. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 26.04 MHz. The building has been decorated with two blown-glass sculptures, a historical tapestry, a mediaeval tapestry, a glass globe and an African painting.
