You are inside Egbert General Hospital, its emergency room in disarray. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. The floor and walls are stained with splashes of dried blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel. One of the wards has been decorated with two cubist sculptures, three conceptual paintings, a torn painting, a stuffed monkey, an African sculpture, three cubist paintings and two cracked sculptures.

Somebody has spraypainted Dr Octavius' Hospital Keep cades VSB++ onto a wall.
