You are inside the Deller Arms, an abandoned pub. Chairs and tables are strewn across the floor, and there is broken glass everywhere. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

A damaged portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 28.01 MHz. The bar has been decorated with a conceptual painting.
