You are inside the Waish Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. The floor is flecked with dried blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

There is a powered-down radio transmitter here. The building has been decorated with a fish skeleton.

There are four other zombies here, three of them from your horde. You recognise Jaws12, Blooskull and Maksimo amongst them.
