The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. A portable generator has been set up here. It is running low on fuel, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.53 MHz. The building has been decorated with a stuffed monkey, an antique mirror, a skull, a monkey skeleton, a human skeleton and a lizard skeleton.
