You are inside the Highton Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

There is a powered-down radio transmitter here. The building has been decorated with a blown-glass sculpture and a Greek tapestry.

Somebody has spraypainted the letter L O V E onto a wall.
